The menu changes weekly, depending on what is growing in our area.
A few seasonal dishes available might include....

First Course:
Mixed little greens with toasted hazelnuts, shaved pecorino, and carta di musica
with limoncello-buttermilk dressing

Grilled bruschetta with duck egg, hot pepper jelly, warm Carolina Moon cheese
and pea shoots

Second Course:
Grilled pork rib chop with maccheroni di frittata, wilted toscana, and red eye gravy

Black spaghetti with shrimp, clams, chorizo, chilis and arugula in spicy tomato sauce

Butternut squash ravioli with toasted pecans, pumpkin oil, wilted chard,
breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, sage and brown butter

Third Course:
Warm potted chocolate with crumbled biscotti and soft whipped cream

Panettone bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream, honey and orange anglaise
