Q: Can I eat dinner at the bar?
A: We'd love that. However, it is first come-first serve.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There are many places to park: the street, designated lots, the Weaver Street parking deck.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: There is none! However, our guests tend to prefer business casual attire.
Q: Do you have a corkage fee?
A: We do, $25 a bottle.
Q: What is the largest party you can accommodate?
A: We can accommodate parties of up to eight guests on Fridays and Saturdays. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we can accommodate larger parties on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Why do you need my credit card to hold my reservation?
A: For parties of three or more on Fridays and Saturdays, we require a credit card for our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we ask that you let us know at least an hour prior to your reservation time. If you need to cancel after that time, there is a $30 charge per person.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q: Are there any payment policies I should know about?
A: Just a few. There is a $10 surcharge on split entrees on Fridays and Saturdays. A standard 20% gratuity will be added for parties of 6 or more. We can only divide checks up to 6 ways.
Q: What does Panciuto mean?
A: Panciuto means "potbellied" in Italian.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes, in any denomination. Give us a call at 919.732.6261 or ask your server.
Q: Do you offer vegetarian options?
A: Yes, we do. There are usually a number of options that will satisfy our vegetarian guests.
Q: Can you accommodate other special dietary requests?
A: Almost always and with plenty of notice. We highly encourage you to discuss any dietary restrictions when making your reservation.
Q: Do you offer small plates?
A: We offer half-sized pasta servings on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend a reservation, especially for Fridays and Saturdays.
Q: How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A: As soon as you know you’d like to join us, let us know. We average about a week’s notice for the most coveted timeslots.
Q: What’s the deal with the outdoor seating?
A: We use our outdoor patio are as an outlet for the new, creative, and slightly more casual eats that our kitchen creates. Right now, we are serving a “Sidewalk Pizza” pop-up, four days a week whenever the weather cooperates. Give us a call if you want to know what’s on tonight’s menu.
